Description Suggest change

An exciting finger crack to the right of Boys from Bangor with an attention grabbing finish! Start as for Boys from Bangor, moving up a short corner to a mantle (5.7) and gain a tree ledge beneath a prominent right facing corner. Climb the initial moves of Boys from Bangor, then break right to a finger crack in dark rock. Great finger locks and thin hand jams lead to a small stance, just ever so agonizingly out of reach of the finish horn. Fiddle in a good last piece, step up, and grab the horn with relief!
Be sure to protect your second before traversing wayyyy to the right on a big ledge to the bolted belay.

This breaks right from the starting dihedral of Boys from Bangor. Look for the obvious finger crack in dark rock.

Single rack from 0.3-#2. I placed a black tricam before the crux, but there’s a spot for a #1 below it. I also fiddled in a 0.0 cam above my head before “the reach” move, but it wasn’t my favorite and probably only served as mental pro.
