Description Suggest change

Another technical arete at South Wall? Who woulda thunk it? This gets 5.11c R in the guidebook, but the R rated climbing is only 5.8 or so.
Climb the first pitch of Story of O and build a gear anchor on the slab. Step down and right off the belay and make reachy moves between good jugs to a shelf. Clip a pin, and move left to the arete. A few more moves lead to a shallow scoop, where you can reach high and clip a lone bolt. The crux comes in the form of a long move to a good edge, quickly yielding to bigger and better holds. Top out and build a gear anchor on the ledge above Country Corner.

Location Suggest change

The arete to lookers right of Country Corner/Dynamo Humm, starting from the right side of the big slab above Story of O Pitch 1.

Protection Suggest change

Fixed pin, bolt, 0.0 cam and small nuts will do.
