Aug 25, 2025 · Lead / Fell/Hung. PG13 at least. This thing should not be taken lightly onsight. The horizontal, mostly flaring pockets would be really bad to take a huge swinging fall on which is very likely. The little bit of constriction they have will likely blow right out with a big fall. I bitched out and decided to downclimb and slowly take on my cams instead of risk a fall on my onsight attempt so I could try the unfamiliar terrain fully rested, as it is hard to read the rock ahead. I got super lucky after rest and almost took sketchy fall but barely made it through. The pockets are sweet though and you can place a nest of gear in each of them though, and they are kind of where you want them, just sketchy.
