Access Issue: Seasonal Raptor Closures & Rockfall Mitigation Project Details

Description

Begin up the blocky face to a small ledge. From the ledge is a tricky slab/face section which leads to somewhat easier climbing. Then decode the final "stem" sequence to the anchor.

The crux is either the slab/face or the final stem.

Protection

10 bolts + anchor.

For me, the crux was the slab/face which didn't prove to be that difficult. With the abundant rest stances, you can feel strong before each crux. Must do route for the crag. Apr 11, 2018

Very fun route. I had beta for the middle slab crux which was very helpful (high sidepull up and left). I actually found the final moves to the anchor to be the crux. Good rests along the way. Some holds are still filled with dirt, but that will clean up quickly with the amount of traffic the area is already getting. Oct 28, 2018

Really fun route. Mellow climbing in between cruxes. I found both cruxes to be similar in difficulty. The lower is more technical and easier for tall people. The upper more muscle-y. Good stuff. Mar 10, 2019
