I'm an all-around climber, and I enjoy sport, trad, bouldering and I've been known to do some alpine climbing as well. For the last decade I've a put a lot of time and energy into studying climbing phsyiology, in order to help myself and others improve at climbing. With my brother Mike I've developed, tested, and refined effective methods to train for improved climbing performance. These concepts and others are captured in our book, The Rock Climber's Training Manual.
