Aug 7, 2024 · Lead / Onsight. Great moderate warmup. Especially enjoyed the thoughtful moves up the corner. Moderates, imo, are the backbone of a good crag. Despite their quality, they encourage “moderate climbers” to step up their grades and give them the confidence necessary to approach harder nearby climbs. This is a great lead for such climbers.

Aug 6, 2024 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Considering that we are over 600 miles from the Teton Classic “Irene’s Arete”, I was more than pleased with my experience on this one, despite its brevity. Bolt placement was excellent and the 5.8 moves were airy, exciting, and worthy of the grade. If the moves seem too easy for you there are numerous overhanging 5.12’s nearby that could probably use a good write up. Maybe even a single star instead of a bomb?
