Description

Conglomerate climbing. Fun, fairly easy cruising on rounded cobbles. However, falling before clipping the second bolt might be a bad thing.

Cobble Climb is found on the second corner of the creek after the first bridge (starting from the parking northeast on Hwy 33). It is the left-most line on the conglomerate.

Protection

5 bolts, chain anchors.
@Brent how high was the water level? Were you able to access all the routes you wanted? Thanks. Nov 8, 2017

Well bolted, casual warm up. Great introduction to cobble conglomerate. It took a couple of moves to wrap my head around it. Oct 17, 2017

Can be "interesting" testing out which cobbles you think are cemented into the wall the best. The quartzite cobbles can be super slick so don't go up with wet shoes. Definitely a fun time though. @ryan this is not granite. Jan 18, 2013
Great for beginning leaders. Was my first TR and first lead outside. Get on it! Oct 9, 2012
