Mar 8, 2022 · Lead / Onsight. Wow... Talk about adventure climbing... Took us 12 hours... Great cell service up there. Awesome 1st multi in Cochise. Amazing camping on the east side of the stronghold. Chicken heads were super fun. Rappel was contrived. Left lots of cord on trees.
Neil was a beast. I got off route on pitches 1 and 2 and created a terrible, unprotected traverse for Neil. AVOID ALL BOLTS ON P1/2!!!
Rack: .2-3 with .5-2 doubles, nuts, tricams, lots of slings.

The wind was ripping and it was getting dark so we didn't get to enjoy the summit for long.
