Dec 23, 2023 · Lead. Place 1 off deck at max length. Lift right leg into crack mid crack, press and smear left, scutching right hip and chest in on right side, go both feet in crack. Go to ramp, .75, run it through section placing .5 - .75. Slot .4 / black totem, before black slab, move right on smears, boost to lip w 2 before floating slab section out left to pod. 2 in the pod. Gain crack, French on a 1, boost above to gain final pod placing a bomber .5. French .5 and make final slab on double smears to lip and roll over. No falls, 2 takes, 2 French moves to clear feet.

Went for onsight, got harder for my fingers as it steepened, made it above 3rd (8-10ft spacing), was 2 moves away but didn’t feel comfortable given length of approach + fall length. Down climbed, backed off, then top roped up to 5th rope before falling again. That being said, very happy w my body function Andy steepest lead attempt and top rope ever.
