Description

Climb up past two bolts, gain the crack trending left then straight up to the anchor.

Location

This is just to the right of Rookies' Demise.  On the left side of the lower level. Second route from left. Look for two bolts leading to a crack just right of pine tree at base.

Protection

Two bolts to start, then it's gear the rest of the way. There is a 3 inch, left-trending crack then a 1/4" to 3/4" crack straight up to the finish. It has a two bolt chain anchor with quicklinks at the finish.

Enjoyable climbing, but there's an obvious, big block that while looking solid appears to be completely detached right below the anchors - we didn't use or protect behind it on our ascent. Jun 19, 2017
