The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
You can approach the start of this by climbing the first pitch of Mikes Books, or South East Corner. You'll find it easier to belay on the ledge below the route, but it isn't required.
The route follows the 4 bolts up the steep face. Despite its length the route is fun. Good footwork helps progress towards the 3rd bolt. Once the 3rd bolt is clipped the top is soon reached.
