River crag in the Mary S. Young Park in West Linn Oregon Park in either parking lot in Mary S. Young Park. After parking follow the main paved path down until it veers right at the split, continue following the paved path until you see the off-leash pet exercise area. Take that path to the off leash dog beach and you'll see the boulders on the left side of the beach near the river. The boulders are only climbable during the lower water level/dry seasons and will most likely be submerged during higher water level seasons.
