Description Suggest change

Pitch 1 (5.9): Route starts with a perfect splitter hand crack (~ #2.5 Friend). Climbing backs off in difficulty as the crack angles left and turns into a layback feature and will take a fist-sized cam or two. Pitch 1 now ends at a bolted anchor at the base of the thin crack.

Pitch 2 (5.10a) Leaving the main crack is a vertical, very thin finger crack along with some edges on the face which comprises the 10a crux (perhaps harder depending on finger size). Above the thin crack 3 new bolts protect the slab to the top of the tower.

There's currently not a bolted anchor at the top of pitch two but we will probably add one in the future.  It's possible to class 4 from the top down to the Chocolate Chunk rappel tree, but perhaps a bit sketchy.

Location Suggest change

In the Cookie Jar area (see approach routes). Obvious splitter hand crack right of Chocolate Chunk

Protection Suggest change

Mixed rack with a few extra pieces in the hand-crack size. Smaller pieces, probably stoppers, in the thin crack section.
