Sep 16, 2026 · Lead / Fell/Hung. With Zane! Broke a hold on pitch 3 coming out of the roof but got it next time with a more solid hold.. I was surprised I found a hold to rip off there. Fell on the top of pitch 4, again pulling off some chossly undercling but I think I would have fallen anyway. The rock is really good otherwise. Super fun pitch!! Great day out overall.

Sep 13, 2026 · 7 pitches. Lead / Fell/Hung. with Zane! I thought the crux pitch would feel better than it did last go some years ago… but nar, still pretty hard. Potentially it might feel 11a after a warm up but I didn’t really show up having pulled on anything.

Aug 8, 2026 · 3 pitches. with Liam!!! Super helpful route beta (and a .2/.3 offset for the aid section) from Zack L. 22 hrs car to car, started at 4 am. Roped up for the first corner off the ground, not that hard but the 3's were big for my foot and glad we werent soloing ow first thing in the morning, (proper p1) 5.8 chimney/flares to top of pendulum, (p2) pendulum 5.9 C1, (p3) then some traverse over right that I can’t remember the details of besides the beginning exposed flake traverse. The remainder we scrambled to the summit but I kept my comfy TC pros on all day which I was happy about. Largest time contributors would be from not sticking to the ridge/ not crossing over early enough to the 5.5 Right ridge after “the bowl” and having to down climb, (Liam did some traverse across the face which neither of us would reccomend); and the other maybe from the decent in the dark- we were looking for the ledges to the CMC camp, we thought it faster to try and find them which I think I saw once but with sleep deprived minds and darkness couldn’t find again easily and ended up rappelling on some tat (should have chosen a decision earlier on). Overall on the decent just stick to the ridge (!), before that we walked down off at least once and needed to back track. Eventually you cross the river (and do a long skiers left traverse before or after) and then follow the river down the whole way. Overall route finding seemed to be a large time contributor. It seemed like spotting a ridge to stay on on route (or at least near) in an Occam’s razor fashion to be the best beta unless stated otherwise. Amazing day!!! Would definitely recommend if looking for an adventure!!!

Jul 26, 2026 · w Liam and Josh. Liam’s 23rd birthday climb!!! Adventurey at the top. Probably should never consider going up the 5.9 finger variation that goes up flakes. Initially before braking right I placed a piece and pulled on it and the rock crackled like it could go. Also I built a belay right before going over the ridge on the last pitch. I probably could have redirected the rope enough to avoid the large amount of rocks sitting on the edge but was not sure about rope drag (after the two last pitches before notch).
