Jul 22, 2024 · Follow. Followed Eugene in a trio with Tommy! SO HOT. So hot the rocks were burning our hands by the last pitch. Climbed P1 + P2 in approach shoes. Didn’t quite have enough rope to reach the end of P3 with a trio, so Tommy and I soloed up about 15 ft to give Eugene a little more rope. Descent is honestly awful and would not repeat bc of it.

May 18, 2024 · 2 pitches. Lead. W/Tommy. First lead since September 2023. A bit rough and breaking in new shoes but was overall chill (it was actually really hot). Got mega lost on the descent and ended up ?2 tiers? higher than the trail oops

Oct 28, 2023 · Lead / Flash. Yay, flashed my first J Tree 10, and my second 10 overall! Pretty proud of this one. Coming out of the start into the thin was delicate and a calf burner. Reluctant to pull the lieback but did it anyways. Stem right and use the bad pinches, looked for feet all around. Placed a purple totem, a #3, a gold dmm offset, a smattering of black totems, 2 #1s. Feet all around the crack, keep it together before heading up the delightful hands). The jug was not a jug smh. Pretty pumpy!
