● Second Gully
Jan 30, 2026 · 6 pitches. Lead / Onsight. 5th pitch was all snow before the last broad ice pitch. 1st pitch to trees on left. 2nd to ice above rappel anchors (to avoid running out of rope on P3). 3rd pitch to boots on right. 4th up ramp to ice face with trees at top. Could simo to anchors 50ft up on right. 5th snow with rock step to a tree left of rocky block. 6th straight up beautiful ice to tree rappel station on left.

Very poor pro out of the pod, but solid after you weight a foot on the face. Could have used a #2 in the flare but used a sketchy #3 above a sketchy #0.5 flex vam above a sketchy 0.2 3cam
