Jul 20, 2026 · Lead / Redpoint. Great pockets with long moves low to a tricky crux on blocky sidepull/pinch. No great rests so builds a decent pump.

Jul 8, 2026 · Lead / Redpoint. 4 tries. So darn hard, tough clip after crux, standard rifle funk above . Even with good rests midway and up high this thing is exhausting with a punch at end. Harder than other 12a and some b’s

Jul 4, 2026 · Lead / Onsight. First pitch is enjoyable . Mostly finding the non lichen rock and not raining choss. Watch draw length on bolt 8 I think as rope was running through pinch point. 2nd pitch is weird and not as good with some licheny smears that were tenuous. Not as pleasant finishing belay

Apr 30, 2026 · Lead / Redpoint. 2nd go this year after brief bolt to bolt last year. Once I figure out beta for bottom crux it wasn’t too bad. Toe in on jug flake. Turn left hand into open hand to extend reach. Good left smear in gray rock. Up top was just sequential on small feet and having to hit the tiny crimps just right. I seem to aim for a crumbling right undercling nobody else uses before getting the jugs at last bolt

Apr 27, 2026 · Lead / Redpoint. Should have onsighted but misread move getting to third bolt and took. Lowered down, did the move from ground on onsighted the remaining route. Hard going from 2-3 then a long technical section in the vertical rock before easing off until some slabby tech up high. Would be nice with an independent anchor.

Apr 25, 2026 · Lead / Redpoint. Glad to put this away after trying a few times each year on our trip. I’d crimp in the hueco lower and thumb wrap with the right on the crimp jug. Right to first smear and then left to smaller higher smear the right foot to smear in darker rock to create a little opposition. Aimed high in hueco, easier to go up than lateral.

Apr 22, 2026 · Lead / Redpoint. 3rd. V2->v5. Right hand high on flake jug, left to good Gaston crimp. High right foot edge, left drop knee on clipping jug, then tough move to good Gaston. Push hard on right and power to big lip Gaston jug. Don’t crawl into hole, easier to just climb to anchors. Good hidden incut and right heel hook made anchor clip easy

Mar 20, 2026 · Lead / Onsight. Tricky with some slab dancing to a powerful overhang with some textured side pulls. Needs a bunch of traffic and will flow much better. Be careful for belayer in the dirty break up high, lots of small rocks to rain down

Mar 16, 2026 · Lead / Fell/Hung. Leaving this info for others. Pretty chossy down low , too much so for me to want to get on anytime soon again. Better above but felt like it was too risky for my belayer until in the overhang.

Dec 15, 2025 · Lead / Redpoint. 3rd try. 11c'ish to 2nd to last bolt. Crux clipping last bolt. Would be much better if bolt was a few feet to the left but I'm sure the position is fine if you do that section more to the right. Not really feasible to skip since moves above are hard until the chains.

Dec 10, 2025 · Lead / Redpoint. 3rd try. Roughly 11- to roof, probably 11+ to the rest and then the business is last bolt to anchors. Harder / more technical crux than infinite but without the mental challenge and comes after a great rest. Left foot to large flake to move past the terrible crimps to the better pair above. Strenuous anchor stance.

Nov 21, 2025 · Lead / Redpoint. 4th try, should have gone down 2nd but lots to remember up high. Awesome technical climbing on the head wall on great edges. Crux for me was getting into right hand side pull below last bolt then standing into the correct feet for the long reach to the clipping Gaston but not over after that until chains are clipped. Did in the rain with the lower rock being frighteningly damp
