Felt like 8- Eldorado grade for me for the first few moves. So what's that mean in CCC? Aug 7, 2016

Probably my favorite route in the string of 5.8s. This route and its description inspired me to learn the Grateful Dead song on mandolin. :) Oct 11, 2015
One of the best on this wall for the grade out of the 4 or 5 in the area. Aug 14, 2014
In October 2013, Dale Haas and I replaced the hardware at the anchor with SS quicklinks and SS rings. The hardware was provided by the American Safe Climbing Association(ASCA)(www.safeclimbing.org). They appreciate your support. Jun 18, 2014
Did anyone find my locking quickdraws on the anchors? I got caught out there in a storm (this past Tuesday) and decided to leave them instead of taking the time (and chance of getting struck by lightning) to rappel in the thunderstorm. I'd be very happy if you returned them to me. :) Aug 1, 2012

Really enjoyable, easy 5.8 route, especially if you're new to leading like myself. Like Box of Rain, the beginning is the hardest part. Great feet and hands throughout; if you can't find one, keep moving your fingers over the rock. :) Aug 21, 2011

Pretty easy for 5.8, fun and varied. Would make for a good beginner lead - plenty of good stances and well-bolted. Jun 23, 2010
