Access Issue: Access to GFNP (Roadside) REQUIRES a Daily Permit Details

This is another fun 5.7 located between C Sharp or B Flat and All Cows Eat Grass.

7 Bolts

Permit Required

***Climbers MUST NOT climb at GFNP without a daily permit per person in each group.*** This route is privately owned and requires a daily per-user permit obtained from the Graining Fork Nature Preserve website.
This isn't about just you getting away with climbing for a day without a permit--this is about the climbing community respecting private land to ensure continued access privileges. Don't be selfish--get a permit.

This may be 5.7 after the first bolt, but the opening moves felt pretty damn 5.9! Oct 24, 2008

I got to agree on that. Fun though. Oct 25, 2008

Agreed. This was my first day climbing in a long while, and I was a bit sketched getting to and then getting a good stance for the first bolt. It definitely eases up after that, and has some fun moves and cool features. Nov 23, 2010

Stick clip the first bolt. If you can start this cleanly you should be able to do the 9s on this wall pretty easily Aug 15, 2017
