Apr 12, 2026 · Lead. Great route! Not a beginner lead but over all really fun. Definitely glad I had doubles in 0.75-2 for the first pitch.

● Lightning Bolt Cracks
Apr 12, 2026 · Lead. Wow great climb. Did this as 2.5 pitches and I would break it up that way again. First long pitch was great - next time I would just go around the finger crack to the left to save time and energy. Save a 1 and a 2 for the belay below the roof. Chimney: I barely fit - need to send a stick bug up that thing for it to be 5.7. 5'8" 180lbs: left side in back to the chockstones, then turn around in the back and go right side in.

Mar 23, 2026 · Lead. Great adventure route. Climbed with AK and CM. Top of the mesa is huge - I need to climb again and head to the other side. No gear needed - you can use a prussik/gri-gri. short rope for rapping not necessary but maybe a good idea.

Mar 17, 2026 · Lead. Led for the first time in a long time. Route has changed a lot for the worse. Pretty scary lead in many sections because rock is so eroded and sandy. Definitely not 5.8.
