Ben Hicks. Trad climber since 1979, previously guide/climbing instructor for 20 years, experienced, safe, alive. Climb about 80-100 days/year.

Lead 5.10 pretty much every day of climbing, some 5.11 when climbing consistently. My listed leading grades are where I am typically solid most of the time and rarely take or fall.

Crag rat at heart, trad, multipitch, sport, travel all good.

Not interested in altitude, alpine, mountaineering, ice, snow, big walls any more.

I stopped keeping the MP tick list years ago. Look at my comments, stars and ratings etc to see what I have been up to. Also, let me know if any of my to do list interests you!

Let's go climbing!

Fun, worth doing. Take your skinny rope, it's a long pitch if linked. Something like 19 bolts. View Comment
