Description
The Jumbo Rocks Area encompasses not only the climbs in the campground proper, but those across the road from the campground, including Conan's Corridor as well as Zebra Cliffs which are a little ways southeast of the Jumbo Rocks CG.
The rock in the area is notoriously rough, even by Joshua Tree standards, but thankfully exceptions exist in certain areas - notably the aforementioned Conan's Corridor and Zebra Cliffs.
Gem (5.8), Colorado Crack (5.9), Nuke the Whales (5.9), Around the World (5.10b), Such a Line (5.10d) and Boulderado (aka California Face) (5.11a) are all of interest if in the area.
