Description
Bombs Away is a route that has probably seen less ascents than can be counted on one hand.
Start up the not so obvious left facing corner system to the left of Arctic Breeze and Arrowroot. Follow steep somewhat blocky cracks which put you at the foot of a short, overhanging bombay chimney. Burl your way through the chimney to some good fist and hand cracks which can be followed to a decent ledge system. The second pitch climbs strait up where you'll follow some cracks onto the face above. Look for some well spaced bolts up a clean, dike covered face to another ledge. From here, follow easy 5th class corners to the top of West Wall.
