My goals in climbing are: (1) to explore spectacular features in spectacular settings, (2) to challenge and learn about myself, and (3) spend time with adventure partners I care about. Thus, I get stoked on alpine, long trad, or trying hard on single pitch. I love efficiency, collaborative teamwork, thoughtful conversations, early mornings, and long days. I value self-care, clear communication, and a dash of love/laughter in suffering in my partners and try to embody the same.
