Description
This section of the wall always looked horrendous, so I was pleasantly surprised to find clean rock and ample protection up one of the more unique pitches at Sunday Wall.
Go up a wide crack in the left-facing corner into the crystal cave. Bizarre stemming and face climbing around the pegmatite brings you up and left to the crack. A short section of tricky, steep jamming gives way to groveling up and under the chop saw block. Figure out how to pass this block, and you’ll find a two bolt anchor.
