Description

This fun, new route starts in a shallow, left-facing dihedral and eventually meanders up and right to anchors below a roof. There may be no definitive crux move, but the top becomes a little steeper as you shoot for the chains.

Location

When approaching from the Piggy bank trail, take a left at the fork. This route sits on the first buttress, just to the right of Crab Nation.

Protection

8 clips to chained anchors

For a new route at Shelf, this route was cleaned very nicely. Dec 13, 2012

This is climbable without ever being on lead because of the obscene bolt density. 9 bolts in 45 feet! Clip every other bolt to feel like you're actually sport climbing and not bottom-up toproping. Great movement for a sunny, early morning warm-up though. May 18, 2017
