Description
Climbing spots scattered through the Gold Country foothills around Auburn and Grass Valley, mostly short scenic rocks and boulders on or near state highway 49.
Auburn Quarry is the prime low country spot for sport climbs, and the Bar just across the river from it is a well loved bouldering spot.
