Brand-new wasp nest right at the ledge for the dangler; they didn't bother us, but someone community service-minded may want to take up a can of wasp spray with them given how much traffic that spot sees. Lots of critters and creepy-crawlies this time of year, but for some reason this area in particular was covered in centepedes, must have seen at least 25-30 while on route. Did the route in 2 pitches, which was very smooth.

Jun 4, 2024 · Follow. The old pins still seem bombproof, but worth backing up. Roped tree anchor at the top of P2 is in good shape - ran into the guy that maintains it later that day who said he checks it regularly, which is nice.
