Start crossed (LH higher) Throw to crimp RH Cross LH RH low to knobby crimp jug Heel and lock it in hard rock up and crimp LF to out right foot RF to high and squeeze RH to either crimp Work over, RH to low, LH to high, match on jug End boulder Right side of obvious dish for RF High LF Match on crimp, RH to mid side pull LH to high side pull RH out to compression LF to left of RF RF to foot chip out left Rock over, bump RH and end it

May 3, 2026 · 3 pitches. TR. First time learning to dry tool, got this on the third try. Obviously I have a lot of work to do considering it felt pretty desperate. Key beta is to find tiny edges for the crampons and apply a steady force to the pick. Not everything has to be a “bomber” edge to make a move on it - be gentle, and pull the tool in the direction of the hold.
