Born and bred in Texas, I've been climbing since about 1997 or 98. Learned the ropes at places like Reimer's in central Texas then roped my wife (then girlfriend) into climbing shortly after and now she is climbing hard. With a one year old, we are getting out periodically, but I still wouldn't mind getting out a little more. I am planning on doing some alpine routes up in the park this year while pushing some harder trad.
