Access Issue: Yosemite National Park climbing closures and conditions Details

A nice short hand crack, a little dirty but will clean up over time. It shares an anchor with the climb on the right.

On the far left of the main wall there are two hand sized cracks a few feet apart from each other. This is the left one

.3-3 with doubles in .5-1 if you want.

I thought this was pretty fun. Great hand crack that seemed pretty clean. Smaller side of hands. In the picture, the crack on the left side (finishes just left of the tree at the top of the frame) is the 5.9. the crack on the right is 10- I believe. Sep 10, 2018
Pretty good but it has suspect gear for the first 20 or so feet. It looks like it will be good from the ground, but the flake on one side of the crack wiggles a little bit. I don't think you'd want to fall on gear right here... Oct 14, 2018

Agreed that the gear is suspect for the first 20 feet or so. You'd be protecting behind flakes that are jammed in the crack which don't seem too solid. Nov 13, 2018
