Start with hands on both sides of pillar. Move your feet up and work your way up the left arete, using good compression and small feet to keep yourself on. Go straight up for the slopey top out, make sure it is clean first.

Bonus points for sit start.

Around the right corner of Stairway slab. South of Lake boulder.

A tree had fallen across the landing until last spring when I moved it. Glad to see this getting a bit of traffic; thought it was super fun but a bit easier than the other old school v3 / 4 problems around these parts. Sep 30, 2015

Cool, thanks! Updated the name. Sep 30, 2015
It was done about 10 years ago. I've always referred to it as "the bottle". it looks like an upside down bottle to me. Two guys that I met at the reserve one Sunday afternoon and I worked it out and sent it. One of them sent the problem first but I don't know their name. We gave it a V4 that day as well. Sep 29, 2015

I'd be curious to know if there is a name for this and a known FA. It must have been climbed before... pretty fun and clean line. Sep 28, 2015
