The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Start in the same location as Top 40 to Middle Toilet, roughly 75 feet to the right (east) of the left edge of the formation.
Climb up and right on the lower slab to reach the right side of a large, right-facing flake (this flake is roughly 15 feet to the left of the Go for Broke flake). Layback up the flake, then climb the scooped face above, keeping in-between Top 40 and Go for Broke.
