Description
Named for a community of chimpanzees in Uganda's Kibale National Park, Ngogo will inspire the unleashing of your inner ape as you pull through the roofs of Broughton Bluff's steepest free climb.
Rebolted by Charlie Egan in 2015, this line was originally explored by Dave Sowerby in the early 1990's - whose rusty anchor and directional bolts still remain toward the top of the wall.
The route consists of three boulder problems after forking from the shared (direct) start of Slash and Burn. Although the middle boulder houses the primary challenge, the anchors are guarded by one of the best boulders in the Portland area.
