A honey comb start crux. Got that? Might want a stick clip for the first bolt, the move is typical of smith climbing being bouldery for the first couple moves. After pulling through the second bolt, positive edges on crappy rock bring you to a ledge with anchors. Good if you need to send a 10a or you really have nothing else to do.

Tuff It Out is located on the 4th horseman wall up the small hill and to the left of the Peanut. This route is clearly identified by the honey-comb pockets at the start.

Bolts. Has its own anchors

The rock now seems to be overall solid - probably done going through Smith's natural cleaning processes.

Interesting easy 10, with variety of fun moves. A bit challenging if you climb at that grade.

The climb is somewhat broken into 2 sections by a ledge, making it not so continuous - if it were in just 1 large section, I'd give it an additional star. Climbers at that grade will welcome the rest however. Jul 12, 2017

Techy and good. I thought the rock was solid sans the easy finish. Nice 10a. Sep 24, 2016

I am only reporting that a foot long rock came off this weekend around the roof, approx. around the 5th or 6th bolt. Oct 29, 2013

I thought this was pretty fun. Balancey and different than your typical Smith crimpfest. Rock has cleaned up nicely and seems solid. Mar 12, 2013

Nice and balancey. Always good feet, and always a jug after any tricky moves. Not much traffic either. Reaching over the last roof and getting a hold of the huge hold is pretty exciting. I'm glad someone took the time to put this thing up. 10 b in my opinion... Sep 17, 2010
