I started in the Midwest in the 80's then moved to Boulder in 1995. I like long trad routes, but occasionally climb aid or sport. I've climbed lots in Eldorado, Boulder Canyon, the Flatirons, the SSV, Lumpy Ridge, The Big Thompson, RMNP, the South Plate, Vedauvoo, Indian Creek, and J-Tree. I've managed to travel around the country (and world) a bit more, and still enjoy exploring areas new to me. As a father my opportunities to do things far-flung are now pretty limited as of late.
