Land owners have acknowledged the recreation use of this crag and the Otowi Peak trail. They have not chosen to restrict access at this time. Be sure to park and access this crag via public land access points (see "getting there")

Details
The BLM Taos Field Office implemented a Climbing Fixed Hardware Authorization Process for routes within its management area. The Diablo walls included in this plan are The Shack, Winter Wall, Sun Devil Wall, Solar Cave, Lake Street and Styx. The final document can be found online: shorturl.at/FYn4f
Description
The main dihedral feature under the huge roof of this sector. Engaging and fun corner climbing through stellar rock leads to a ledge below a roof system. Work up and right into a steep corner with a high crux. Clipping the anchors requires you to have something left in the tank.
