The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description

Climb over a small overhang near the ground, go past a right-slanting crack, pass by the right end of a left-slanting crack, and continue up past a bolt to the top.

It's a bit runout.
