Description
Yak Peak is an iconic granite peak in southwest BC. Looming high over Coquihalla Highway 5, it's alluring for alpine climbers with a short approach and almost 500m of vertical climbing. Rock is granite, and solid for the most part, however those that know Yak Peak will also be familiar with it's personality characterized by two distinct identities. The first of which is solid and delightful to climb granite, with the second being chossy granite analogues to vertical kitty litter.
