Aug 3, 2025 · Lead / Fell/Hung. 1) really freakin cool climb - there’s hummingbirds all over the place here, hence the name. If you’re not super loud sometimes they’ll come hang out by you and check you out. 2) sometime between where the photo was taken and aug 3 2025, at least two large stones have cleaved off the climb. One is not super significant, but the other was the round feature right between the crux at the 5-6 bolt. There seems to only be one way to do this climb now, rather than the two methods noted in the guidebook. Due to this distinct boulder crux I would now rate this 11c, instead of 11b as rated in the guidebook. 3) also yes 100% wear crack gloves 4) there’s way more climbs at this crag, but to find out what they are you’ll have to nab a guidebook. All of the climbs are stellar.

Jul 27, 2025 · Lead / Onsight. Agreed - with everyone above about the flake. If you have to use it, pull down, not out. But you can definitely avoid it by going left instead and doing some slabby moves. It’s definitely more than 100’. We used pretty much most of my 69m (nice) rope. (Used to be a 70m; had to chop one end a while ago.) My estimate would be 112’ tall climb. Super fun!! If you know about cracks, the top is not really a crux - felt very fun and flows.
