I learned Mountaineering over a 3 year period between 1978 and 1980 by Barry Nelson and Stanley Grossman of Geneva Spur Limited. We had "Mountaineering The Freedom of the Hills" Third Edition as our textbook and we climbed at Great Falls every Sunday and went on trips to Seneca Rocks. You can find me almost every weekend either on the crags of Great Falls VA, Patapsco State Park, Rocks State Park, Annapolis Rocks, Seneca Rocks or in the Gym at EarthTreks in Columbia or skiing at Whitetail Resort
