Description Suggest change

Varied, challenging, and rewarding, at 35m of climbing, the is one of the better 12- pitches you can find at this length.

Shares a start with Iguazu Falls with some moderate climbing by stepping up right into a short dihedral.  Stay left at the split in the routes after 3rd bolt. Another 110’ of climbing with a full variety of face and a steep climbing, even some crack, it’s got it all.

Location Suggest change

At the left end of South Beach sector (characteristic of the loose cindery rock at the base of the cliff). Look up at the towering cliff and note the headwall has two thin cracks that split its upper section. This route will climb through the left one.

From the beginning of the cindery layer, traverse right on an easy gravelly ledge to a clean corner system with an easily reachable first bolt. Clip the first three bolts without much effort, then stay left to pull over a bulge with a huge rail.

Protection Suggest change

18 bolts, 5 of them with fixed draws. Bring at least 13 draws.
