According to Yosemite's website in 2016, Glacier Point Apron is open to climbing, but the Park Service does not recommend climbing there due to recent and ongoing rockfall.

Description
Right of Scimitar-bolted in 2001 solo free ascent Nov 2015 start left of ez ramp (start of Thunderhead). Sustained micro edging past 5 bolts leads to the first bolt of Micro Maze then rap 60'.
