Description
The crown jewel of Blair Woods. This boulder is the size of a house and is named for the black and white swirl of the rock. A fair number of difficult quality lines head up all sides thanks to Dave Graham and Tim Kemple, among others. The Swirley used to have the largest concentration of difficult problems, but lost the title to the Split Boulder in Boulder Natural. Don't miss The Rose or Uncle Climax, and if you can pull hard enough, Child of the Storm and Sit and Deliver are the real test pieces.
