A nice wall with sport routes from 5.6 to 5.12a. Probably about 30 routes total. Faces East. Most of the routes are well shaded by trees.

Getting There

Going west on Hwy 71 on the southside of Austin, you will come to a light just before intersecting with Hwy 360. There will be a business park on the right(north) side. Turn into this busines park and make your way towards the wooded area on the west side, park either in the dirt parking lot or business park and hike along the trails. You will see that wall across the creek bed.
There are several ways to get here by hiking along the creek also.

The crux is getting from the 2nd to 3rd bolt. The "easiest" way to do it is probably to lunge, but it can be done static as well. I reccommend doing it both ways for the full effect! After the crux, it is easier, but you still gotta hang on. Some of the rock up top can be a bit dusty....[more]   Browse More Classics in TX

Just added a bunch of new route descriptions... perhaps we could split the wall into two categories, "Left Side" and "Right Side" with Magster being the leftmost route of the right side and Rock Dog Indirect as the rightmost route of the left side.

It should be noted that you have to wade across the creek to get to the crag if you use the approach described here. A towel and Chacos are nice.
