Description Suggest change

This is a fun small boulder that is not very committing, a good chance of pace from the climbs in the pit.

Sit start this face matched on a sloping hold low in the middle of the face. Find your foot, pull on and climb up the face using any of a number of different betas. A sneaky toehook may help you out.

At some point leaves and debris will fill the small hole where you find your starting feet.

While I was walking around the Hatchet area I brushed a fern with my hand and one of the leaves broke off in such a way that the fibers on one side of the leave created a pointed barb and it had actually impaled my index finger. When I pulled it out I was bleeding a small amount and said something similar to this climbs name. W.T.F. Is also a reference to the intials of a childhood friend of mine and his last name happens to be Ferns as well!

Location Suggest change

This is a shorter boulder located just uphill from Slimy Salamander. If you are looking at Hatchet from where Slimy Salamander is, spin around 180 and you'll see a small boulder with a clean face.
