Description Suggest change

Birthstone ascends a steep and varied line to the top of the wall with two distinct halves. Start 10 feet right of Shoulder Season and a few feet left of a low rib of broken rock. Head steeply upward past a series of tricky sequences separated by some thank-God holds in the first half. Hang on for the still-overhung upper wall past an anchor at 32 meters and to the second anchor about 10 meters higher.

Exercise good judgment on the upper half when choosing which holds to yard on, especially while the route is still young. While I've cleaned it extensively, questionable holds exist. Please be cautious, and have your belayer wear a helmet.

Protection Suggest change

18 bolts, including a lowering anchor at 32 meters. *A 70-meter rope is required.
