Description Suggest change

Scratchy climbing and hopefully some ice makes for a nice mixed route.

Start out likely dry tooling up deceptively steep rock.  Good bolt positions keeps the fur tamped down a bit.

Let me do what I wanna do, I can't decide 'em all
Just tell me where to put 'em and I'll tell you who to call
Nobody can get no sleep, there's someone on everyone's toes

Scratch up to the ice, hopefully at least at the halfway mark.  Continue up the ice to a two bolt anchor on the left after around half a rope length.

Additional low angle ice possible above.

Come all without, come all within
You'll not see nothing like the Mighty Quinn

Location Suggest change

Nearly directly across the road from Candlestick.

Hike up through old burn deadfall and some talus to the pocket containing the route.  Right of a right facing corner of rock.

Not as far a hike as Bozo Gully but same aspect and general location.

Approach takes around 20 minutes.

Protection Suggest change

8 lead bolts, two bolt anchor, and some thin, shallow ice pro. A couple of 13 to 16cm screws if there's substantial ice.
