The Mount Nebo Wilderness boundary parallels approximately 100-200 yards south of the Santaquin Canyon road from the mouth of the canyon to Tinney Flat Campground. Wilderness rules blm.gov/wo/st/en/info/regul… apply within the wilderness area (nothing mechanized or motorized allowed, including power drills).
Description
Two 40m WI2 runnels lead uphill on the south side of the road, over the stream. Right runnel leads to a small amphitheater of 25ft. WI4 pillars, left runnel leads to 35 feet of WI3 bulges. Someone like Doug Coats probably first climbed this in '86--if someone has the original name for it, let us know.
