Access Issue: Mt. Nebo Wilderness on south side of Santaquin Canyon. Details
The Mount Nebo Wilderness boundary parallels approximately 100-200 yards south of the Santaquin Canyon road from the mouth of the canyon to Tinney Flat Campground. Wilderness rulesblm.gov/wo/st/en/info/regul… apply within the wilderness area (nothing mechanized or motorized allowed, including power drills).
Just to the left of Squash Head. The climb is 10 bolts with a 2 bolt anchor with chains. Bolts are pretty close together and depending on snow levels the first bolt can sometimes be clipped from the ground. The first four bolts bring you up to a ledge, followed by powerful, overhanging climbing. The profile of the climb resembles a martini glass.
